Quad comparator
BA10339 / BA10339F / BA10339FV
The BA10339, BA10339F, and BA10339FV each consist of four comparators in a single package. The open collector output allows a wired OR connection. These products feature a wide range of operating power supply voltages, from 3 to 36V with single power supply operation, and from 1.5 to 18V with dual power supply operation. Available packages include 14-pin DIP (BA10339), 14-pin SOP (BA10339F), and 14-pin SSOP-B (BA10339FV).

If there are any circuits which are not being used, we recommend making connections as shown in Figure 7, with the input going to the potential within the in-phase input voltage range (VICM), and the output being open.
